Writing the converter

Because all converters are built on base of the same frameset, there's a general scheme they can be constructed according to, which is described in the following chapters. Additionally to the frameset there are several conventions what features all converters should share. These conventions are only suggestions, no rules, but make it easier for PerlPoint users to deal with various converters.
